The first of October, saw 'Call of the Undertow' making its first appearance at Reading Lasses bookshop during the Wigtown Book Festival. My event was chaired by long-term mentor and inspiration Sara Maitland, pictured here (left) with myself and Dumfries and Galloway's Literature Development Officer, Carolyn Yates. Reading Lasses has a wondeful stock of second hand books and a simply fantastic cafe, highly recommended!
